- Our staff will treat you with respect. And each employee will be in uniform and professionally trained to perform his or her assigned task on your property.
- We will be there when we say we will and we will do what we promise to do.
- Mangement will schedule daily inspections of your property and we will review your projects progress with you at your request.
- We will promptly correct any aspect of our work that is unsatisfactory to you.
- Your job site will be left neat, clean and safe each and everyday.
- Our trucks will clean and idntifiable, and will not destruct from the appearance of your neighborhood.
- All of the work will be done by our employees. We will not sub-contract any of the work.
- You will receive accurate and detailed invoices for each phase of your project and any additional work of changes which you have approved.
- You will be completely satisfied with all aspects of the work we do for you.
- All retaining walls and patios, irrigation and lighting are guaranteed for one year. All shrubs and trees are guaranteed for 90 days.
